Rushika a girl from a small town Porbandar was full of dreams from childhood. She wanted to study but due to small town and conservative life she was confused about future. Facing physical difficulties from the childhood she has to suffer a lot. But she never complained. She passed 12th standard from CBSE board and completed graduation. She was always taunted for her looks, styling and way of speaking. She was too much frustrated but had a vision to do something which could help society to grow. Because family wanted, she started with Chartered Accountancy course but she failed for 7 times, but that was a kick start to her career. She went to Ahmedabad for her further studies with lots of difficulties. She went to do articleship of CA there. But no, she was not made for this. Her boss helped her to know what she is made for and she started with Diploma in Human Resource Management. Then she got job as a recruiter but though tragedy was part of her life. Her language was issue now because she belonged to Saurashtra. Again, she was tortured and teased for her pronunciations. She was told on 3rd day of office that; “She has created blunder in English language”. She not nervous and felt like she won’t be able to work and continue with job. But she did not have any options left. So, she was like not to look back and gain courage to go to office again. She developed herself, did hard work and proved her worth. She did develop herself so much that her calls got recorded to train the new comers. Her language was so fluent that everybody became her fan. She did certification in Public Speaking and Corporate Training. Her mentor made her “Gabbar” of training Industry. Consecutively she won three awards by I.M.Possible Training Solutions of being her best version. She came back to Porbandar and here the challenge began. Nobody was aware about motivation public speaking training etc but yes, she was taught that if you will dig 100 feet pit than only water will come out. She did the same from a small town Porbandar Rushika is now covering 9 cities of Gujarat, 2 cities of Maharashtra and Banglore for Corporate and Educational Training. She is a gem to our country. She has published 3 books on the basis of her experience namely Make Your Life Ridiculously Amazing(Self Help book), Communication Skills (Academic book BKNMU) and Magnify Your English (Spoken English book). She has strong ethics towards education and society. Her mission is to develop nation. She is now a Soft Skill Trainer, Public Speaker, Corporate Trainer Author, Content Creator, Counsellor and Life Coach. She has trained 1 lac plus participants across India. She is proud professor of UG and PG student and she is blogger too. She is multi tasker. Rushika is the prestigious award winner of 100 influencial women across world by I. CAN FOUNDATION JAIPUR 2021. She achieved “Porbandar Nu Gaurav Award-2021” in her town. She knows to spread smiles as no mess can make you live peacefully. She has successfully taken 210 people outside depression. She has to face many difficulties and pressure. But Rushika is risk taker and a pure soul.
