Q. According to you, which is the first underhyped trend?

A. To answer your question, Voice search is a major trend in e-commerce, and it’s here to stay. According to E-marketer, voice search accounted for 6% of all search traffic in 2021—and that number is growing rapidly.

Of course, voice search isn’t just about voice queries. It’s also about conversational commerce and using conversational interfaces like chatbots to sell products.

Voice search is a natural way to interact with your customers. Voice search allows you to speak directly to the marketers, which is a great way to get your customers to interact with each other, as well as with you.

For example: If they’re looking for shoes that are comfortable and stylish, but don’t want the hassle of scrolling through hundreds of items), then voice search might be just what they’re looking for!

Q. Can Social Media Interactivity be considered an under hyped trend?

A. Building your brand and connecting with customers through social media is a great idea. You can also develop your reputation, sales, and trust there.

For your e-commerce store to be successful, it will need to have a dedicated social media account. The best way to get customers interested in what you are selling is by interacting with them on these platforms. For example, if you sell cloth, then you should post pictures of your products on Instagram and make sure that they are tagged with relevant hashtags such as #fashion or #clothing. In ecommerce it’s been around for years but has recently gained popularity due to its ability to enhance the user experience by adding extra functionality to your website or app (e.g., product reviews). This can be achieved by overlaying virtual items onto existing products within your store so customers can see what they would look like if purchased instead of just seeing an image of them on the internet/social media platforms like Instagram/Facebook etc.

A. Omnichannel is the ability to offer a full range of products and services to your customers. The term “omnichannel” refers to a customer’s ability to shop online, in physical stores, on phones and tablets and even via voice assistants like Alexa.

When it comes to e-commerce businesses, omnichannel means that you can provide something for everyone’s needs—whether they’re looking for new clothes or furniture; need repairs done right away or want advice about how best to manage their monthly budget; want help finding an apartment in their city so they won’t have trouble settling down after moving in together; have questions about what kind of insurance coverage will protect them from unexpected expenses down the road (like losing their job); etcetera!
